We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Sr. Integrated Producer with a strong foundation across post-production, social, digital/dynamic content, and long-form development. This person will oversee end-to-end production across multiple marketing channels, driving large, multi-workstream programs from concept through final delivery in a fast-paced, highly creative environment.

You’ll manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with external production partners, and make sure every deliverable meets creative expectations, technical specs, and brand standards. This role calls for someone who has managed programs of $20M or more at one time and knows how to balance timelines, budgets, and stakeholder needs without losing sight of craft. You should be able to deal with the complexities of the project, have a PM background in which you have no issues managing calendars, jumping in to help when needed on projects so they stay on track, and do it all with a good personality.

Must have experience working in Big Tech and startups.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage large-scale, multi-million dollar programs with multiple workstreams, keeping creative, marketing, and external partners aligned
  • Maintain deliverables and project manage to assure everything is completed
  • Champion exceptional craft, quality, and production standards across all deliverables
  • Oversee a diverse roster of production partners (digital, interactive, music, post-production), guiding them through briefs, timelines, and quality expectations
  • Lead production briefings alongside creative teams, ensuring clarity on scope, deliverables, and assets
  • Educate stakeholders and agency partners on production processes, timelines, technical guidelines, and workflow best practices
  • Manage and prioritize feedback from multiple stakeholders, flag risks early, and bring proactive solutions
  • Maintain production budgets, track costs, and make sure everything ships on time and within scope
  • Oversee asset management, versioning, and platform-specific execution across the full media matrix
  • Translate approved hero creative into fully executed cross-channel assets with the correct aspect ratios, formats, durations, and file specs for platforms like TikTok, Meta, YouTube, TV, and DOOH
  • Keep integrated production running smoothly across long-form content, social toolkits, editorial updates, and paid media packages
  • Own quality control on all final files before delivery, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and technical compliance

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • 6 to 8 years of experience in integrated creative production spanning post-production, social, long-form, and digital
  • Direct experience managing production across social, digital, ATL, and multi-asset campaigns
  • Experience managing $20M+ in production at one time, with the ability to run multiple million-dollar projects simultaneously on tight timelines
  • Strong understanding of post-production workflows, creative versioning, sound/mix/finish, and delivery practices
  • Experience partnering with creative teams, marketing leads, and external agencies or vendors
  • Ability to define and operationalize complex programs with multiple workstreams
  • Proven track record of delivering on time, on budget, and at a high level of quality
  • Strong communicator who can drive alignment across many stakeholders
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a project management mindset for staying on top of deliverables and keeping schedules updated as things move
  • Proactive, adaptable, and great with change, bringing a positive, collaborative energy to the team
  • Always looking for smarter, more efficient ways to get the work done

Nice to Have

  • Big Tech experience (Google, Meta, Amazon) and startup experience
  • Agency background
  • Project management experience

Additional Details

  • Must live in the New York or New Jersey area and be open to coming into the office occasionally to meet with the team
