Hourly Rate: $95/hr

Overview
We’re seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Sr. Producer with a strong foundation across post-production, social content, digital/dynamic content, and long-form development. This role requires a strong production background and the ability to drive large, multi-workstream programs from concept through final delivery in a fast-paced, highly creative environment.

Role Summary
The Sr. Integrated Producer will oversee end-to-end production across multiple marketing mediums, including social, digital.  Need to have experience managing projects of twenty million dollars or more at one time. You will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with external production partners, and ensure every deliverable meets creative expectations, technical specs, and brand standards. This role requires excellent communication, production operations expertise, and the ability to balance timelines, budgets, and stakeholder needs.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage large-scale multi-million dollar programs with multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment across creative, marketing, and external partners
• Advocate for exceptional craft, quality, and production standards across all deliverables
• Oversee a diverse roster of production partners (digital, interactive, music, post-production), guiding them through briefs, timelines, and quality expectations
• Drive production briefings in partnership with creative teams, ensuring clarity on scope, deliverables, and assets
• Educate stakeholders and agency partners on production processes, timelines, technical guidelines, and workflow best practices
• Manage and prioritize feedback from multiple stakeholders, flag risks early, and identify proactive solutions
• Maintain production budgets, track costs, and ensure all deliverables ship on time and within scope
• Oversee asset management, versioning, and platform-specific execution across the full media matrix
• Translate approved “Hero” creative into fully executed cross-channel assets, ensuring correct aspect ratios, formats, durations, and file specifications across platforms (ex: TikTok, Meta, YouTube, TV, DOOH)
• Ensure seamless integrated production workflow across long-form content, social toolkits, editorial updates, and paid media packages
• Uphold quality control across all final files prior to delivery, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and technical compliance

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in creative integrated production (post-production, social, long-form, and digital)
• Direct experience managing production across social, digital, ATL, and multi-asset campaigns
• Strong understanding of post-production workflows, creative versioning, sound/mix/finish, and delivery practices
• Experience working with creative teams, marketing leads, and external agencies or vendors
• Ability to manage multiple million-dollar projects simultaneously and deliver within tight timelines
• Strong communication skills with the ability to facilitate alignment across multiple stakeholders
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative creative environment
• Ability to define and operationalize complex programs with multiple workstreams
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and at high quality

- Must live in the New York area and be open to coming into the office occasionally to meet with the team. 

-During busy launch times, this role may require some weekend work to meet the project launch and will require some overtime. 

- Agency experience is a plus

- Interest in AI is a plus
