The Role
We're hiring a Paid Media Specialist to own execution across both paid search and paid social campaigns for multiple clients. You'll plan, build, launch, optimize, and analyze performance across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and TikTok. This is a hands-on role where you'll work directly with leadership, manage real budgets, and deliver measurable impact immediately.
You'll collaborate closely with our creative team and report to our Head of Media Technology. This contractor position requires availability during Denver business hours (9am-5pm MT) and immediate start capability, with potential to transition to full-time employment.
- Rate: $45-55/hr
- 30-40 hrs/week
- 3 month contract with likelihood to extend

Job Description
What You'll Do
Paid Search (SEM, PMAX, Display, Video)
- Plan, build, and manage campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Conduct keyword research, ad creation, and competitive benchmarking
- Set up and optimize PMAX, Search, Display, and Video campaigns
- Monitor pacing, bids, budgets, tracking, and performance
Paid Social (Meta + TikTok)
- Plan, build, and manage campaigns across Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
- Handle audience setup, creative rotation, and A/B testing frameworks
- Develop creative testing structures and optimization strategies
Analysis & Strategy
- Translate performance data into clear, actionable insights
- Analyze campaign data using GA4, first-party data, and internal tools
- Understand and optimize for CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, and other key metrics
- Prepare clear internal and client-facing reports
- Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends
Collaboration
- Work closely with creative team on concepts, messaging, copy, and direction
- Support strategic planning with the Head of Media Technology
- Communicate campaign performance and recommendations to clients
Qualifications
Who You Are
Required:
- 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience (agency or freelance strongly preferred)
- Deep expertise setting up and managing Meta Ads campaigns (this is urgent priority)
- Deep expertise setting up and managing Google Ads campaigns (this is urgent priority)
- Proficient with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads Manager
- Strong working knowledge of GA4, Sheets/Excel, Looker Studio, or similar tools
- Analytical thinker with exceptional attention to detail
- Clear communicator who can work independently and manage multiple client accounts
- Available to work Denver hours (9am-5pm MT) consistently
- Can start immediately

- Curious, resourceful, and eager to take ownership
Bonus Points:
- TikTok Ads experience
- Experience with DSPs or other paid channels
- Strong copywriting skills
- Understanding of retail/local business marketing strategies
- Prior temp-to-perm or contract-to-full-time experience
