Job Description

We're seeking a strategic Demand Generation Manager to accelerate our growth trajectory. As the driving force behind our customer acquisition efforts, you'll design and execute high-impact demand generation campaigns that drive qualified pipeline across our B2B markets. This contract role (20-30 hours/week) is perfect for an experienced demand gen professional who wants flexibility while making a meaningful impact on worker safety.

Core Campaign Execution

  • Design and launch targeted campaigns across key channels: paid search, social and display advertising, email marketing, content marketing, webinars, and trade show support

  • Develop industry-specific campaigns leveraging our case study portfolio and scientific validation

  • Create and optimize lead nurture sequences for different buyer personas and industry verticals

  • Build compelling demo request campaigns and field study program promotion

  • Develop account-based marketing tactics for key accounts to drive expansion and adoption within large corporate customers

Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Track and optimize key metrics: lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign ROI

  • Create performance reports and provide data-driven optimization recommendations

  • A/B test campaign elements to continuously improve results (identifying creative new opportunities for tests and areas of optimization.

  • Collaborate with sales to refine lead scoring and handoff processes

Content Development Support

  • Work with designer and marketing leadership to transform research findings and case studies into compelling marketing assets

  • Develop industry-specific solution briefs and ROI-focused content

  • Create email templates, landing pages, and campaign messaging

  • Support thought leadership content around workplace safety and exosuit benefits

Qualifications

Experience & Skills

  • 4-7 years of B2B demand generation experience, preferably in physical products, industrial solutions and/or workplace safety

  • Proven success executing demand generation campaigns that drive quality leads and pipeline growth

  • Experience with B2B sales environments and multi-stakeholder buying processes

  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot strongly preferred) and analytics tools

  • Strong project management skills and ability to work independently

Industry Knowledge (Preferred)

  • Understanding of industrial/logistics markets or workplace safety

  • Experience marketing to operations leaders, safety managers, and corporate leadership
