As a Paid Media Strategist, you'll be the architect of our client's growth, wielding the power of cutting-edge platforms to connect with users and drive impactful results. - Contract Duration: 1-2 months, looking to start ASAP.

- Weekly Hours: 40 hrs/week
As a Paid Media Strategist, you will be instrumental in the daily execution, strategic planning, and technical optimization of our client's core user acquisition channels. This is a hands-on role where your expertise in platform management, coupled with a deep understanding of performance and data analysis, will be key to driving efficient, scalable mobile growth.
- Campaign Mastery: Plan, launch, and meticulously optimize paid user acquisition campaigns across a diverse range of platforms including Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and other relevant networks.
- Performance Prowess: Continuously monitor critical performance metrics such as CPI, ROAS, LTV, and retention, implementing strategic optimizations to consistently meet and exceed growth targets.
- Creative Collaboration: Partner closely with creative teams to conceptualize compelling ad ideas, test innovative formats, and refine messaging for maximum impact.
- ASO Acumen: Own and execute the App Store Optimization (ASO) strategy, focusing on keyword optimization, creative testing, and conversion rate optimization across both the App Store and Google Play.
- A/B Testing Excellence: Design and implement A/B tests across ad creatives, landing pages, and app store assets to drive continuous performance improvements.
- Budget Management & Forecasting: Effectively manage campaign budgets and provide accurate forecasting, ensuring the most efficient allocation of spend.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate seamlessly with analytics and product teams to gain deep insights into user behavior, attribution models, and cohort performance.
- AI-Powered Innovation: Lead the charge in leveraging AI to automate workstreams and drive innovative solutions that enhance marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong emphasis on mobile app growth.
- A proven track record of successfully managing paid acquisition campaigns that have delivered measurable and impactful results.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing large-scale marketing budgets.
- In-depth knowledge of key digital advertising platforms, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, Apple Search Ads (ASA), and Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs).
- Hands-on experience with ASO best practices and familiarity with ASO tools such as AppTweak, Sensor Tower, or Mobile Action.
- A sharp analytical mindset with a proficiency in data-driven decision-making. You're comfortable navigating Excel/Sheets, BI tools, and Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch.
- The ability to adapt with agility and maintain momentum in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional project management skills and a knack for fostering effective cross-functional collaboration.
- A creative and innovative thinker, eager to partner with design and content teams to produce compelling and effective ad creatives.
