We are seeking a Social Media Manager to support all social campaigns for our client’s AI product across  TikTok and Instagram. In this role, you’ll be a champion of the product’s brand and a hands-on expert in executing social and influencer strategies for every product launch, feature update, activation, and campaign. From shaping day-to-day editorial calendars to creating engaging evergreen content, you will ensure our client’s AI product is at the forefront of social conversations.

This is a fast-paced, highly cross-functional role that requires a creative, resourceful, and self-starting leader who thrives in ambiguity and can spot opportunities to drive impact across multiple stakeholders. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ideate and deliver best-in-class social activations that grow brand awareness, engagement, and cultural relevance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the social media strategy across TikTok and Instagram for all AI product initiatives.

  • Must be fine with working as a Community Manager

  • Must have copywriting experience

  • Manage end-to-end social campaigns experience

  • Develop and oversee the editorial calendar to balance evergreen storytelling with timely cultural and product-driven moments.

  • Partner with agencies and cross-functional teams to create influencer programs, earned media campaigns, and brand collaborations.

  • Monitor social trends and conversations, proactively inserting the AI product into relevant cultural moments.

  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships with product, marketing, and comms teams.

  • Measure and report on performance, engagement, and campaign ROI; identify opportunities to scale and streamline processes.

  • Maintain deep understanding of the evolving social landscape, tools, and best practices.

  • Must have an interest in AI

Qualifications

 

  • 8+ years of social media experience (in-house or agency), preferably with large-scale, consumer-facing products.

  • Must live in the LA area

  • Copywriting experience to help out with social copy if and when needed

  • Community Manager experience

  • Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns from concept to execution.

  • Strong portfolio of past work demonstrating social storytelling, campaign execution, and influencer partnerships.

  • Experience collaborating with agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver high-impact campaigns.

  • Excellent project management, multitasking, and communication skills.

  • Creative, trend-savvy, and highly proactive mindset.
