Project Overview:
This team will be the central campaigns engine for the client's brand, responsible for creating and distributing engaging content through paid campaigns with the goals of growing our audience, deepening brand love and driving new users. We operate in a fast-paced, creative environment, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously across all major social platforms.
Overall Responsibilities:
This position is a hybrid role that combines creative production, rigorous project management and media trafficking. This person will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of paid campaign posts, from initial briefing to final delivery, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest creative standards. You will be an organizational backbone of our team, enabling our strategists, creatives and paid media partners to do their best work.
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
Manage campaign production, tracking all projects from concept to completion.
Serve as a primary point of contact and liaison between the client's paid campaigns team, cross-functional media partners and creatives.
Develop and manage project timelines and budgets, package and deliver all assets on time, track paid performance, and proactively identify and mitigate project risks
Qualifications
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
Total years of experience: 4+ years of experience in project management or producing, specifically within a creative agency or an in-house social media team.
Skills or processes candidates must have:
Demonstrated experience managing a high volume of creative projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of paid media campaigns and production workflows.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail.
Specific Tools or Applications experience: Proficiency with Google Workspace
Media trafficking specific
- Management of specs and details related to a high volume of social assets
- Familiar with managing copy for assets and all the necessary details to ensure accuracy when handing off to media partners
- Familiarity with being responsible for social and DR-type assets
- Able to partner with production and creatives to ensure they understand the placement details and specs
- Able to work with teams to create mock-ups so they can view in situ and determine if adjustments need to be made
- Needs to have strong organization and communication skills
- Need to be able to speak to shareholders and easily convey and share out content, articulate needs to teams - and push back when necessary
- Willing to take ownership of work and lead conversations
- AI curiosity and a willingness to learn
Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of creative software
