Job Description

Content Strategy & Execution 

  • Build and manage a strategic, platform-native content calendar aligned with our client's brand, cultural moments, and channel best practices
  • Translate high-level vision into actionable programming across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Reddit 
  • Curate and produce content that celebrates SMB stories, embraces UGC, contributes to cultural conversations, and showcases brand/data insights
  • Launch and operationalize flagship organic social programs (e.g., storytelling series, creator spotlights, team challenges) 

Community Building & Influencer Engagement 

  • Develop and maintain a network of customer influencers, employee advocates, and SMB creators 
  • Lead influencer outreach, relationship management, and content collaboration to boost community participation and brand visibility
  • Spark engagement and real participation through storytelling, rituals, and community-first campaigns 

Cross-functional Collaboration 

  • Work closely with Brand, Communications, and Lifecycle teams to align messaging and amplify the integrated campaign
  • Share learnings and performance data to help shape strategy and refine creative based on what resonates most 

Performance & Iteration 

  • Define KPIs for organic content and community initiatives 
  • Track performance and audience behavior to inform test-and-learn cycles
  • Stay scrappy: optimize quickly, scale what works, and sunset what doesn’t 

Qualifications

Experience / Skills: 

  • 5–8 years of experience in social media, community management, or influencer marketing 
  • Strong writing and content creation chops — with a pulse on platform trends, memes, and cultural cues 
  • Portfolio or examples of social-first campaigns that drive brand advocacy and community engagement 
  • Confident working with SMB, creator, or service-based audiences
  • Familiarity with content scheduling tools, analytics dashboards, and influencer management platforms 
  • Have some level of experience building advocacy programs (with actual customers) or online communities
