Watson Dwyer is searching for an Administrative Assistant for our client, a growing, mid-sized organization that values its employees. In this role, no two days are ever the same, so we need an individual that can juggle many tasks with a lot of activity going on.
Job Description
You will be the face of this organization, making clients and employees feel welcome while maintaining the highest level of customer service at all times. Must have the ability to deal with a large, diverse sales force, be a multi-tasker, and enjoy working in a team environment. The role will include supporting several busy agents and brokers, routing phone calls, and relaying messages. Additionally, you will assist the accounting department by checking invoices and mailing commission and accounts payable checks.
Qualifications
Some college or a college degree is a plus. Must be a team player, maintain confidentiality, and offer strong verbal and written communication skills. Must have computer skills utilizing Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and InDesign skills are a plus. Ability to multitask and prioritize. Prior office experience working in a real estate environment is a plus, however, also open to candidates who have an interest in real estate.
