  • Support whole-of-life asset planning, including replacement, refurbishment and end-of-life recommendations.
  • Provide data-led reporting on asset performance, utilisation, maintenance cost, PM compliance and replacement planning.
  • Support capital works planning by providing asset condition data, business case input and maintenance insights.
  • Help train and support teams in the correct use of CAM, work orders and maintenance planning processes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement across mobile plant, fixed plant, infrastructure and gas generation assets.

Qualifications

About you

We are looking for someone who is data-driven, practical, and comfortable working across operations, maintenance, and asset management.

You will ideally have:

  • A technical or engineering qualification, preferably mechanical or a related discipline. A business, asset management, or data management qualification would also be considered.
  • Strong experience in repair and maintenance, reliability, fleet, plant, or asset management.
  • Experience working with mobile plant, fixed plant, industrial equipment, infrastructure, or similar operational assets.
  • Good understanding of preventative maintenance, lifecycle cost, asset condition, and replacement planning.
  • Experience using asset management systems, maintenance planning systems, or ERP platforms such as JDE, Maximo, SAP, or equivalent.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills, ideally with Power BI or similar tools.
  • Good stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence operational teams and external maintenance providers.

If you want to help shape how critical operational assets are managed across a large, complex business, we would like to hear from you.
