This position is onsite in Webster, TX. 

The Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day Rental Business operations which include the processing of customer orders, quality assurance, inventory control, and regulatory compliance. This position will support the rentals sales coordinators and ensure this team receives training that will ensure their success in the areas of customer service, order processing, equipment functionality, and quality. This role requires a customer-centric mindset by the supervisor and the ability to integrate this culture into their teams. This is an onsite position.

• Responsible for providing support to the rentals Inside Sales Coordinators to ensure effective and efficient processing of leads, quotes, sales orders, QA checks/calibrations/RMAs, shipping, and invoicing.
• Ensure rental equipment is maintained to the required levels for quality, functionality, and appearance.
• Monitor Rental equipment utilization and equipment scheduling to meet customers’ needs.
• Complete and/or oversee the daily customer invoicing and collections processes.
• Assist with all daily activities as needed to ensure all tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner.
• Enter quotes, orders, equipment orders, and rent to own orders.
• Partner with the demo assets, warehouse, service, and sales teams to meet customers’ needs.
• Complete KPI reporting and track status to ensure the rentals business in meeting/exceeding KPIs.
• Maintain and create work instructions and train team members on revised or new processes.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Partner with the customer care team to provide order entry assistance with finished goods orders.
• Follow all EH&S company policies and regulatory requirements to ensure a safe and healthy work environment is maintained.
• Perform other related duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of High School Diploma required
• Associate’s degree in business management/related area of study or equivalent knowledge and experience required

   

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• 1 year Customer Care experience
• 2 year supervisor experience preferred
• Inventory management and rentals business experience preferred
• Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel and Word required)
• Excellent written and verbal skills to effectively communicate with customers and in-house staff.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment and meet critical deadlines.
• Able to use strong analytical skills to make recommendations to customers, engineering, and sales team.
• Able to manage and prioritize multiple projects, working independently to meet deadlines.
• Must be able to move / lift 25-50 LBS

Pay Range $60,000 - $75,000 base salary depending on experience plus 10% annual bonus target.

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The salary rate for this role is currently $60,000 - $75,000. The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location.
