Job Overview

• Role: Plant HR Executive
• Experience: 2 to 3 yearS
• Education: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources (HR)/ equivalent
• Work Arrangement: 100% On-site. Candidate must relocate to the plant location. Daily commuting from external cities is not feasible.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Workforce Management: Manage the end-to-end life cycle of blue-collar employees, including onboarding, attendance, grievances, and exit formalities.
• Compliance Ensure adherence to compliance and factory-specific labor laws.
• Reporting: Maintain employee data and generate operational HR reports using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Employee Relations: Act as a bridge between the management and workers to maintain a harmonious work culture.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Languages: Fluent in both Hindi and English (written and verbal).
• Core Traits: Highly sincere, hardworking, and strong interpersonal skills.
