How will you make a difference?   

We’re looking for a Senior Cloud Engineer to work on the design and implementation of technical solutions for our cloud infrastructure.
 

What do we want to know about you? ​

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience working in cloud engineering or a related field.
• Professional experience working with AWS.
• Advanced in scripting languages such as Python or Bash and a comprehension of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Gitlab, and CloudFormation.  
• In-depth Understanding of networking, security, and cloud industry standards and protocols.
• Experienced at utilizing containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experienced in utilizing monitoring technologies such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and communicate solutions effectively.
• Advanced in working with multi-cloud settings.
• Understanding of serverless computing and microservices architecture.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English.  
• Cloud certifications such as AWS, Azure, or GCP are strongly preferred.
• Advanced/Fluent English.

What will your typical day look like? 

•  Develop and execute cloud-based solutions on platforms such as AWS and Azure in line with the company’s commercial and technical needs.
•  Utilize Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation to automate the process of deploying and managing cloud services.
•  Oversee, uphold, and enhance cloud environments to ensure availability, performance, and security.
•  Enforce and sustain security protocols throughout the cloud architecture, including identity management, encryption, and adherence to industry standards.
•  Contribute to the optimization of cloud performance and cost management.
•  Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to support cloud-based applications and promptly address any arising concerns.
• Generate and uphold documentation for cloud infrastructure, processes, and procedures to ensure proper knowledge transfer within the team.
