Essa posição é para atuar em regime presencial, em Indaiatuba, São Paulo.

Who will you be working with?

The Helpdesk team is part of the Reliability Integration team, made up of analysts specialized in remote and in-person support, meeting the demands of projects and the Operational Control Center within the clients' website.

How will you make a difference?

As a member of the Helpdesk team, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability of systems and products implemented in the project, supporting the customer. It will have an interface with all segments of the project, guaranteeing the execution of tests, support and analysis, bringing excellent results in deliveries.

What do we want to know about you?

  • Completed or ongoing degree in Information Technology or Engineering;
  • Developed analytical capacity;
  • Knowledge in systems automation (desirable);
  • Knowledge of railway operations (desirable);
  • Previous experience in customer support;
  • Ability to analyze algorithms;
  • Effective oral and written communication skills; ability to articulate clearly and concisely.
  • Intermediate English;
  • Advanced experience in office suite. (Word, Excel, Project...);
  • Availability for occasional travel.

What will your typical day look like?

  • Work on a scale basis (6x2) at the client's site;
  • Assist in the reliability of the railway control system;
  • Analyze open incidents for failures reported by the customer;
  • Collect logs for Analysis;
  • Collect reliability information to prioritize fault correction;
  • Prepare system reliability monitoring reports;
  • Configure copies of logs and prints from servers/panels in production;
  • Analyze alarms from the IT monitoring tool;
  • Train and pass on knowledge about the implemented infrastructure to the client;
  • Work closely with internal segments and customers to identify and resolve problems;
  • Participate and lead meetings on failure analysis discussions together with the client.
