Job Description:
• Must be familiar with Toyota Lean and standard work.
• Business Analysis with minimum 5 years of experience
• Experience visually mapping as-is and to-be process flows
• Experience with IT process flows. This shall include IT service desk, back office activities, and software development
• Experience developing standard work documentation
• Experience leading process discovery workshops
• Skills should include documenting with Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Word
• Preferred Candidate should have a BABOK and/or PMI-PBA Certification
