Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective businesses, researching publicly available contact information, reaching out to business owners and decision-makers, inviting them to Connectree business networking events, and nurturing relationships for future business opportunities.
The role requires excellent communication skills, confidence in cold calling, and a passion for building professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential businesses using publicly available sources such as Google, company websites, LinkedIn, business directories, and other online platforms.
- Collect and maintain accurate contact information, including company details, phone numbers, email addresses, and key decision-makers.
- Make outbound calls to introduce Connectree and explain its business networking opportunities.
- Invite business owners and professionals to networking events, business meets, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Follow up with prospects to maximize event participation and future business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, call outcomes, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM or lead management system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless event registration and onboarding.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activity targets.
- Stay updated on Connectree's services, memberships, events, and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Confidence in making cold calls and handling objections.
- Good internet research and lead generation skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
