Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to expand Connectree's business network by acquiring new business subscribers. The ideal candidate will visit businesses across assigned territories, introduce the Connectree platform, explain its subscription plans, and onboard businesses as members. The role also involves attending business networking events, exhibitions, trade shows, and industry meetups to generate leads, build relationships, and promote Connectree within the local business community.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit businesses, commercial establishments, industrial areas, and offices to identify potential customers.
- Generate new business leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Present the features, benefits, and subscription plans of the Connectree platform to business owners and decision-makers.
- Convert prospects into paid subscribers by effectively communicating the value of Connectree.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage renewals and referrals.
- Attend business networking events, exhibitions, trade fairs, seminars, and industry meetings to promote Connectree and generate new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Tele Sales team for follow-ups, appointments, and lead nurturing.
- Maintain daily records of client visits, meetings, sales activities, and conversions in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and customer acquisition targets.
- Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the management team.
