Job Description
Work Days: 6 days per week (1 weekday off) (Weekend availability mandatory )
Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
A premium organic latex mattress brand offering 100% certified organic latex products designed for health-conscious customers who value sustainability, luxury, and long-term comfort. We follow an education-based, premium selling approach rather than discount-driven sales.
- Call and follow up with leads generated from ads, website, walk-ins, and referrals
- Introduce Kotson Mattress and explain key benefits of organic latex
- Qualify customers and understand their sleep concerns and requirements
- Book showroom appointments for interested prospects
- Maintain proper follow-up schedules and CRM updates
- Handle WhatsApp inquiries and respond professionally
- Achieve daily call targets and monthly conversion goals
- Build long-term customer relationships through consistent follow-up
Qualifications
1. Excellent communication skills (English mandatory; Telugu/Hindi preferred)
2. Clear, confident, and pleasant voice
3. Strong persuasion and listening skills |
4. Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp Web)
5. Ability to explain premium products without focusing on discounts
6. Target-oriented mindset
