Job Summary:
We are looking for a technically strong Production/Operations Manager to lead end-to-end plant operations in a beverage/water bottling facility. The role requires hands-on expertise in managing high-speed bottling lines, equipment efficiency, maintenance coordination, and ensuring strict compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee complete bottling line operations including blow molding (if applicable), rinsing, filling, capping, labeling, and secondary packaging

• Ensure optimal machine performance (OEE), reduce downtime, and improve line efficiency

• Monitor and control critical process parameters such as pressure, temperature, filling accuracy, and quality checks

• Coordinate closely with maintenance teams for preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery (filling machines, compressors, conveyors, shrink wrapping machines, etc.)

• Implement and monitor SOPs, GMP, and hygiene protocols across production

• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

• Ensure proper utility management including air compressors, water treatment systems (RO/UV), and power usage

• Drive production planning, batch scheduling, and inventory coordination with procurement and stores

• Maintain production records, reports, and compliance documentation

• Ensure adherence to safety standards and statutory regulations

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in beverage/water bottling or FMCG manufacturing plants

• Strong technical knowledge of bottling lines, filling systems, and packaging machinery

• Experience in handling utilities like RO plants, compressors, and basic electrical/mechanical systems

• Familiarity with OEE, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and process improvement techniques

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills on shop floor

• Ability to manage shop-floor teams and drive productivity

• Proficiency in Telugu along with English or Hindi
