To carry out installation, testing, commissioning, and servicing of machines at customer sites. The role involves ensuring proper machine operation using SCADA systems and providing timely service support to customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Install machines at customer locations as per company procedures
• Perform testing and commissioning of machines using SCADA systems
• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance  

• Diagnose faults and troubleshoot mechanical and system-related issues

• Provide service support at customer sites
• Coordinate with service and installation managers for job execution
• Maintain service records and installation reports
• Follow safety and quality standards during installation and service

Daily / Regular Activities
• Machine installation and alignment
• Testing machine performance and functionality
• SCADA monitoring and basic operation checks
• Attending service calls and customer complaints
• Reporting job status to managers

Required Qualifications
• Diploma or Graduate in Mechanical Engineering Experience
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in installation/service
• Freshers may also apply

Technical Skills
• Basic mechanical knowledge
• Understanding of machine installation procedures
• Basic knowledge of SCADA systems (training will be provided if required)
• Ability to use hand tools and measuring instruments

Working Conditions
