🎯 Your Mission

As a Global Buyer on our Italy team, you will play a pivotal role in growing and managing our portfolio of Italian hotel partners.

Based at our headquarters in Aix-en-Provence, you will identify new opportunities, negotiate exclusive campaigns and build long-term relationships with hoteliers across Italy. Your work will help our members discover a carefully curated selection of Italian addresses, while contributing directly to our commercial performance.

You will be the key point of contact for our Italian hotel partners. Their relationship with Voyage Privé will largely run through you.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Own and grow your portfolio of Italian hotel partners, from boutique properties and resorts to luxury brands across the your destination.
• Source and negotiate exclusive campaigns with hotel partners, in line with revenue and margin targets.
• Represent Voyage Privé in the Italian hospitality market by presenting our value proposition, onboarding new partners and building lasting relationships.
• Develop strong relationships with Italian hoteliers, ensuring high levels of trust and collaboration.
• Work closely with our internal teams, including Marketing, Content and Revenue, to maximise campaign performance.
• Monitor market trends, destinations and competitors within the Italian hospitality landscape.
• Identify new opportunities and emerging addresses that could enrich our selection.
• Travel regularly to Italy to meet partners and strengthen relationships on the ground.

💡 Who You Are

• Native or fluent Italian speaker, essential for managing relationships with Italian hotel partners.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in hotel contracting, tour operating, hospitality procurement, DMC, OTA or a related environment.
• Strong negotiation skills and genuine ease when dealing with suppliers and senior stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of the Italian hospitality market, with an established network of contacts among local hotel partners.
• Commercially minded, with a strong understanding of revenue, margins and campaign performance.
• Data-driven, organised and structured, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Italy to meet partners as needed.
• Fluent English; French would be an advantage.
