Job Description

Self-motivated LA Office Manager to manage HR and our office administration (including day-to-day office needs) for a fast-growing start-up.

Responsibilities:

1.  Manage all aspects our office:  facilities, equipment, supplies, lease obligations, etc.

2.  Assist our team as necessary with travel, meetings and other administrative matters

3.  HR manager for existing and new employee candidates:

  • Supervise compliance with company employment policies.  Primary contact for all employee HR matters.
  • Manage job candidate interview scheduling and communications – coordinating with company’s recruiting channels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of relevant office management and HR experience
  • Startup experience required
  • Execute well and flourish in an entrepreneurial environment with diverse colleagues
  • Communicate clearly and concisely - both verbally and in writing
  • Based in or near Los Angeles:  this position requires full-time presence in our LA office.
