Job Description
This position will build on existing experience into a subject matter expert, offering consultative support on Card Design reviewing applications / processes, while applying learning and knowledge of Visa’s Product Brand Standard rules with different criteria.
- Collaborate as a team player.
- Create and review card design cases which are submitted from Card Manufacturers or Issuers
- Respond to queries with a customer-focused lens and engage with internal teams as needed.
- Ensure cases and requests are managed within the agreed Service Level Agreements.
- Provide monthly reporting to management on card design review performance.
- Create and maintain process documentation and other materials such as internal guides for key stakeholders.
- Propose and execute on process improvement opportunities and have a focus on continuous improvement.
- Exercise flexibility and ability to adjust with new demands
- Share and leverage best practices across the team
- Complete monthly billing on behalf of the team
- Represent the card design team in cross-regional initiatives e.g. changes to standards, system migrations and enhancements.
- Establish and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
- Experience in a card personalization bureau or similar card-based operational position.
- Experience in a client-facing role
- Ability to manage high volume of work with constant detail orientation able to meet deadlines with quality work
- Qualification or interest in Branding, Marketing or Art
- Quick learner, comfortable working with ambiguity
- Focus on continuous improvement and ability to identify opportunities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across peers, functions, geographies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
- Effective professional level English verbal and written communication skills
- Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign skills a plus
