Job Description

What we expect of a candidate, day to day.

  • Work and partner with cluster experts, Global VCS Product and CEMEA Consumer Product, as well as other Visa teams like Merchant & Acquiring, Cross-Border as seen fit to deliver SMB focused products.
  • Support a product pipeline and the SMB narrative, bringing the One Visa for SMB to life.
  • Own GTM, collateral creation, marketing and education of sales community for VCS SMB solutions, ensuring sales community is trained and equipped to sell.
  • Gather client and market intelligence to drive core product optimization and market readiness.
  • Identify SMB growth opportunities through research and market feedback and develop value propositions and narratives to address client needs leveraging the best of Visa capabilities 
  • Working within product plans and strategies, you will establish and develop product delivery plans, prepare products business requirements for tech teams, compliance, and legal assessments. You will be responsible for the new SMB products and solutions implementation and deployment.
  • Alongside the rest of the SME team, you will share responsibility for governance for the SME products, and work to growth targets and plans. You will understand the financials of the product set.
  • You will have a good understanding of the regulatory requirements and ensure compliance for all initiatives.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from top-tier institution or similar academic experience required.
• B2B payments industry experience. Knowledge of the SME segment is an advantage.
• Experience in the management and development of products/propositions.
• Superior analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to develop content independently and prioritize workflow with limited supervision.
• Ability to handle multiple large project workstreams.
• Proven success in synthesizing large data sets related to a wide variety of functional business problems.
• Eagerness to work in cross-functional, global teams with personnel of all levels to accomplish project objectives.
• Personal presence and ability to clearly communicate compelling messages in written and verbal communications.
• Ability to make compelling presentations and influence senior leaders.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
• Fluent in English. French, Russian, Arabic is an advantage.
