Job Description

Essential Functions

 

We are seeking a full-time Senior Manager to lead and drive important business initiatives for North America region. Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead key projects such as business transformation, RFP and regional product launch
  • Support Project Sponsor to manage and deliver projects/initiatives, including:
  • Define scope and objectives/deliverables, set up governance structure, and develop project plan
  • Frame and conduct analysis and research for solution design
  • Monitor and flag key decision, issues and risks, including executive approvals, delays, missed targets and resource gaps
  • Manage and coordinate on-time delivery of the deliverables
  • Work closely with business and affiliate teams, bringing timely and useful insights
  • Communicate findings, recommendations, progress and issues to senior management, other executive, functional management and staff in a clear, concise and impactful way
  • Lead development of standards (e.g., playbook, case studies)

 

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications:

- 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
- Typically require 5+ years experience in strategy, consulting and/or project management.
- Self-motivated, results oriented individual with the ability to manage numerous projects concurrently
- Superior analytic and problem-solving skills with a strong focus on delivery for clients
- Demonstrated intellectual and analytic rigor, attention to detail and ability to structure and conduct quantitative analysis
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects and processes with multiple stakeholders at both senior and junior levels
- Experience in and/or significant exposure to the payments industry
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to influence and build credibility as a peer with functional and regional leaders
- Demonstrated collaboration capabilities, particularly with those who are not direct reports as may be found in a matrixed organization

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 133,000.00 to 192,950.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
