Job Description

Embedded at the client’s office, you’ll enjoy working in a collaborative team alongside experts from product, data and insights, and marketing. Together, you’ll form a strategic product roadmap, build a view of the technical capabilities and dependencies to deliver the roadmap and prioritize the items that need to be accomplished and, and work with a cross-functional team to deliver results for our client.

With your experience in product management and outcome driven mindset, you'll be an essential part of taking on challenging projects, delivering results, and doing it all within a supportive and collaborative workspace. 

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

  • A strong background in payments, both from a product and technical perspective. Card payments preferably and other payment types will be highly regarded.
  • Experience working with business banking products and a track record of successfully delivering projects.
  • Lead on developing product strategy and customer journeys to create positive customer experiences.
  • Familiar with various customer contact strategies that will drive the highest engagement.
  • Expert at stakeholder management and navigating internal processes to deliver results.
  • Act as the voice of the business and leading a ‘one-team’ approach to problem solving.
  • Identify, articulate, and manage risk/compliance across streams of work.
  • Confident collaborating across business units to manage the delivery against the product roadmap.
  • Self-assured communicator and strong team player.
