Job Description

As a Senior CRM Developer at Version 1, you will deliver high-quality client engagements by applying your expertise as a developer and advisor. You will facilitate workshops, provide technical guidance, and troubleshoot solutions to help customers achieve value from their technology investments.

Working closely with clients and project teams, you will combine your technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and customer focus to design, develop, and implement effective solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions that meet customer and business requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and define appropriate solutions.
  • Configure, customise, and extend Dynamics 365 applications.
  • Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery.
  • Develop, test, and implement scalable CRM solutions.
  • Collaborate with project teams, business stakeholders, and customers to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Support system integrations, data migration activities, and application enhancements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and technical best practices.

Qualifications

Essential

  • 5+ years' experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM Online configuration and customisation.
  • Experience with Power Automate (Flow).
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Unified Interface.
  • Experience developing Model-Driven Apps.
  • Experience developing .NET Plugins.
  • Experience building PCF Components.
  • Strong JavaScript development experience.
  • Experience integrating systems with Dynamics 365 using APIs.
  • Experience supporting data migration activities.

Desirable

  • Experience working within consulting or client-facing environments.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and gathering business requirements.
  • Experience with Power Platform technologies beyond Power Automate.
  • Knowledge of solution architecture and technical design best practices.
