Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager SWIS to join our team in Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client accounts while ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, driving revenue growth and building long-term strategic partnerships with our clients.
- Manage and nurture relationships with assigned accounts, ensuring consistent communication and high-quality service delivery
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling, developing customized solutions that align with client needs
- Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, operations, and service delivery to ensure seamless client experiences
- Monitor account performance metrics and provide regular reporting to management on account status and pipeline
- Resolve client issues and concerns promptly, demonstrating problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
- Participate in industry events, networking activities, and client meetings to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information in the CRM system and other relevant platforms
- Contribute to the development of account plans and forecasts aligned with organizational goals
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in account management, sales, or client relationship management
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and service-based business models
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills with a decisive approach to challenges
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence without direct authority
Experience with sales enablement services or similar solution-based offerings (preferred)
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and account growth objectives (preferred)
Ability to analyze data and develop insights to drive account strategy (preferred)
Fluency in German and English
