Scope:

On time handling of product demand related to customer order requests for 3rd party and intercompany customers. Finished goods planning, material requirement planning (MRP/SAP), inventory management to fulfill customer
orders; active participation in on-time-delivery process for the assigned SUEZ product portfolio (F&M). The following activities are guidelines others can be part of the job scope.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Finished goods and raw material requirement planning related to customer orders ensure on-time delivery;

● Preparation and execution of shipping plan – ensure all shipments happen on-time, on-quality;
● Customer focused task execution – preventive approach – internal and external customers;
● Planned ship date communication to external and internal customers, regular contact with customer service department, project managers on schedule, on-time communication about possible schedule changes; ● Active participation in preparation for shipment process with manufacturing and shipping team
● Keep contact with sourcing, manufacturing and shipping department
● Reporting task – on-time delivery KPI related report preparation
● Active participation in simplification, office digitization projects within team
● Keep strong contact with PSI (Production-Sales-Inventory) and product management function
● Support NPI projects
● Involvement in Customer Factory visits
● Involvement in office digitization projects within team

● Inventory management role
o inventory analysis – regular and ad-hoc reports
o slow moving/non-moving items demand analysis o master data ownership related to material requirement planning in SAP
● Product knowledge of the assigned portfolio

F&M production planning task ● Creates short, mid and long term production plan based on demand and delivery plan
● Keep strong contact with PSI, in order to ABC classification and safety stock setup will be up to date
● Cooperates with production team in a way to consider capacity changes, technical issues, scrap rates etc. at planning, and to provide all the plan related information to the production team.
● Any other task assigned by the manager of this job
F&M raw material planning task
● Based on the production schedule and inventory on hand calculate the material requirement to ensure
● continuous on time raw material availability on the assigned production/inventory area.
● Issue purchase requisitions based on the MRP calculation.
● Follow-up of purchase orders, schedule shipments on inbound materials partnering with Sourcing.
● Keep contact with suppliers on short lead time materials, and scheduled daily shipments. 
● Ensure continuous material flow and material scheduling for subcontracted items.

Required education and experience:

Essential
● Bachelor degree; ● Active Business English and Hungarian communication skills oral and written;
● Microsoft Office self-confident user;
● Minimum 3 years of working experience in Material Planning, Finished Good Planning, Customer service or any other logistics related area;
● ERP system knowledge – self-confident user preferably in SAP in production planning, material management and sales & distribution module;
● Affinity to use digital approach in day-to-day work;
● Self-confident, reliable, accurate; has sense for urgency, able to work with fixed deadlines and in changing environment;
● Open personality; having good communication skills and problem-solving attitude;
● Customer focus skills
● Strong analytical skills
● Able to work with several system in parallel (ERP, Excel, Data visualization, Production Control etc.)
● Passionate, having the interest in working within teams
● Self-initiative personality, has critical thinking and continuous improvement initiations
