Veolia’s Graduate program is a Group-wide program for young engineering graduates who are passionate about ecological transformation.
The aim of this program is to attract, train and develop these young talents wherever the Group is present, with a view to their rapid promotion to management or expert positions. Each year, the Graduate program offers a unique, dynamic and accelerated career path to talented young people in the Group’s various geographic regions.
Over the course of the 24-month program, graduates take on five different assignments in various entities, both in their home country and abroad. This enables them to learn about the Group’s different business lines and acquire a comprehensive vision of Veolia.
At the same time, they are given training to support their progress and provide them with additional tools to better manage their careers within the Group.
Qualifications
Education: 5 years higher education (or equivalent). Engineering school or university. General engineering course, plus a speciality (mechanical engineering, hydraulic engineering, chemistry, applied mathematics, etc.) Or a buisness degree. Interest in field and operations.
International experience: Previous experience abroad (beyond tourism).
Fluency in at least 2 languages: English compulsory. A third language is a plus.
Solutions-oriented, ready to join an operational site at the end of the program.
Location-based salary.
