We’re looking for a creative and self-motivated person for a social media and design role.

We are searching for a creative, motivated and design-driven individual (or agency!) to join our small team. The position is open worldwide (work from home), or in-office at our Paris or Byron Bay locations. Part or full-time; we are happy to discuss ideal working hours with our chosen candidate and adapt the job list to suit - however we would require a minimum of 3 days / 22 hours per week.

Key responsibilities:
— Manage social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest etc) including planning & posting to feed, IG stories, videos
— Create high quality, engaging Instagram stories
— Offer wholesale social support (creating or sourcing custom content and directing customers to retailers) 
— Working with our PR team to gift to relevant influencers and celebrities
— Coordinating influencer content
— Social media engagement
— Bonus for the person with the right skill set: Creating original content (still life imagery, reels/TikToks)
— Pitch ideas & write copy for newsletters 
— Designing engaging ad content (we handle the backend)

Requirements:
— Strong graphic design skills with a keen eye for detail
— Strong communication, writing, and spelling skills are a must
— Understanding of the brand voice and ability to write copy for instagram stories, captions etc
— Ability to work independently but communicate frequently and clearly with the team

Bonus Skills (not essential!):
— Basic photography skills for creating still life content
— Basic video editing skills for creating reels & TikTok content
— Previous marketing experience

Graphic Design knowledge is required
