1.)The pre screenings questions are quite detailed, but if I have to pick out the key skills I would say Well Versed in full tech stack, programming languages and databases - C#.NET  , SQL ( should be able to write)

2.)Strong in Angular JS

3.)Interview Process- Candidate submitted after pre screening, will have have a phone screen with the manager ( 30 mins), then an Inperson interviewing which will include meeting 3 members of the team & a programming excercize

Commitments:
Full Stack Developer - Develop application and utility tools - ability to write code
Database development skills - Ability to work with complex data
Provide diagnostic support, bug fixing, fine-tuning at the database, application and server level
Ability to test system using automation


Competencies:
Effectively executes processes associated with the software development life cycle
Demonstrates appropriate knowledge of relevant concepts, applications, and programming languages for high performance
Write complex SQL queries, procedures and build data model
Ability to read, understand and analyze logs from multiple systems and tech stack
Perform local refactoring to improve performance
Identify root causes and provide technical impact assessment
Versed in full tech stack, programming languages and databases - C#.NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, Single Page Application framework with MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL
API development and implementation.
Working with AWS SDK
Test Automation and deployments using standard and open source tools
In addition to programming languages and tools familiarity with all, some or at least 4 of these additional tools/products: Silk Performer, Sumo Logic, New Relic, App Dynamics, AWS cloud watch, Solar Winds, Power Shell
Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision and work on multiple assigned projects/tasks.
