Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inbound Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The Inbound Telesales Executive will handle incoming calls from prospective customers, provide product information, and convert leads into sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Product - Holiday Packages sale.
  • Answer inbound calls from potential customers and address their inquiries.
  • Provide product information and pricing details to interested callers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
  • Process orders and complete sales transactions accurately.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and conversion rates.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales (BPO /sales)
  • Candidate should be either undergraduate / graduate
  • Clear and strong verbal communication skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
