About the role: the main responsibility is to take care about our clients as about your friends. You will be a liaison between our clients (e-commerce/retail companies or manufacturers) and fleet managers (people who are responsible for everything connected with drivers).
Recruitment process.
Step 1: Screening interview with a recruiter (30 min).
Step 2: Technical interview with Head of Customer Success Team (40 min).
Step 3: Interview with COO (60 min, eng/ukr).
Job Description
• Taking care of maintaining and developing relationships with clients and subcontractors.
• Continuously communication and improvement of cooperation with clients.
• Daily registering problem cases (claims management) and informing/escalating to the internal team.
• Client account management.
• Onboarding of the clients
• Demo preparations of the software and apps.
• Cooperation with product team.
Will be a plus:
• Experience in working with business clients.
• Experience in a startup environment.
Qualifications
• Excellent English and German communication skills, both written and spoken.
• 1+ years experience in SAAS products (customer support, account management, partner management).
• You are empathic and communicate proactively, fast, and politely.
• You are a confident user of MS Office & PC in general.
