As a Motion Graphic Designer, you will bring the UW brand to life through compelling, narrative-driven visual storytelling. You will translate static designs into high-quality motion and contribute fresh technical processes to the team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing creative assets for digital campaigns, including social media, web, CRM, and digital out-of-home (OOH).
- Managing multiple briefs simultaneously, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and align with UW brand standards.
- Partnering with marketing teams to translate concepts into meaningful motion.
- Applying digital fluency to ensure all content is optimized for specific platforms and formats.
- Contributing ideas and insights to improve the team's overall creative output and technical workflows.

You will join our growing Creative team within the UW Marketing function. You’ll work in a multi-disciplinary environment, collaborating closely with the Brand and Communications team, product owners, marketers, and fellow designers to enhance the quality and efficiency of our creative outputs.
Qualifications

You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing high-level conceptual ideation with pragmatic delivery. You possess strong creative judgment, allowing you to push boundaries while staying true to an established brand style. With excellent communication and presentation skills, you are confident in discussing briefs and questioning them to ensure clarity.
Your technical toolkit includes:
- 3–5 years of experience in a motion design role (in-house or agency).
- High proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
- Experience with Figma and G Suite.
- Technical versatility with Lottie animation.
- An interest in 3D (Blender/Cinema 4D) or interactive motion (Rive).
- A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in typography, composition, and motion principles.
