We are seeking an experienced Software Architect who thrives as a deep individual contributor and as a technical leader in architecting and building complex systems. You’ll operate at the intersection of architecture and implementation, designing scalable solutions, writing high-quality code, and making major technical decisions across cloud, distributed systems, mobile, and AI-enabled technologies.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning architecture and execution end-to-end, working closely with cross-functional teams, and directly influencing technical direction while contributing hands-on.

Responsibilities: 

• Architect, design, and implement modern web and mobile applications with high quality and scalability.
• Write production-level code across the full stack; ensure architectural integrity and technical excellence.
• Lead end-to-end technical execution for complex features and systems from design through deployment.
• Collaborate directly with product managers, designers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on requirements and deliverables.
• Influence architectural decisions and technical direction across projects and teams.
• Serve as a go-to expert across cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, AI/LLMs, frontend/backend frameworks, and DevOps practices.
• Evaluate tools, frameworks, and platforms to ensure scalable, modern solutions that align with best practices.
• Interface with international clients (primarily U.S.-based) to understand technical needs and offer expert guidance.

• 7-12+ years of professional software development experience (HANDS-ON), preferably in custom software consulting or enterprise platforms.
• Strong expertise as a hands-on architect and developer using Python, C#, or JavaScript (Node.js, React, Next.js, Angular, Vue, Ionic, or FastAPI, etc.)
• Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and building secure, scalable distributed systems across those cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps workflows, and modern release practices.
• Strong English communication skills (C1+), with ability to work confidently with U.S.-based stakeholders.
• Bonus: hands-on experience with Generative AI / LLM tools.
• Bonus: Working experience with the healthcare industry.
• Self-motivated, independent, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
