We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer with strong experience in React (frontend) and .NET / C# (backend), who is equally comfortable working with cloud infrastructure and data-centric systems. This is not just a hands-on coding role: you will be a core technical contributor, participating in architecture discussions, design reviews, and code decisions. You will bring your full-stack expertise, partner with product designers, and help translate Figma designs into production-grade features.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain both frontend (React) and backend (.NET / C#) components of Pacer’s platform.
• Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, high-quality UI.
• Participate in architecture design sessions, offering input on trade-offs, data models, and infrastructure.
• Build, test, and deploy scalable, cloud-based microservices.
• Work with SQL databases to design and optimize schemas, write performant queries, and maintain data integrity.
• Implement responsive and maintainable CSS for cross-browser consistency.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and refine code to ensure high performance and reliability.

• 4–8 years of professional experience in software development. 
• Proficient with React 18+, including functional and class components. 
• Strong expertise in JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Strong expertise in C# / .NET development.
• Experience with SQL (designing schemas, writing queries).
• Solid CSS skills for building polished UIs. 
• Self-starter: able to work independently, take ownership, and deliver with minimal supervision.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1+).
