Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing marketing strategies. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns, creating compelling content, and driving brand awareness through various digital channels. This role is ideal for a proactive marketing professional with hands-on experience in the tech industry and a startup mentality.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across LinkedIn and email to promote custom software solutions.
  • Create high-quality content, including newsletters, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, LinkedIn posts, speaking engagements (podcasts/conferences), etc. 
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
  • Enhance the client’s brand presence through targeted campaigns, partnerships, and thought leadership. 
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives using analytics tools to measure effectiveness and ROI.
  • Collaborate with global marketing teams and sales teams to align strategies with business goals and market opportunities.
  • Act as both a hands-on marketer and a strategic leader, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Develop processes and frameworks for content-driven marketing plans.
  • Manage and coordinate with a diverse team, including marketing content creators, podcast opportunity sourcing, and CRM management.

Qualifications

  • 4-8+ years of B2B digital marketing experience in the IT services industry. 
  • Hands-on experience executing marketing campaigns and creating content for LinkedIn and email.
  • Experience in leading marketing projects and managing a team, with the ability to balance strategic planning with execution.
  • Proficiency in English is a MUST (A minimum of C1 Level English).
  • Experience with marketing tools and technology such as CRM systems (Zoho, Hubspot), marketing automation software, ChatGPT, and analytics tools.
  • Comfort with a limited budget and understanding of metrics to measure and interpret marketing effectiveness.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Excited to work in an environment similar to a startup - you have a track record of being adaptable to changing priorities in a fluid, high-growth environment.
  • Extremely organized and self-sufficient with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements.
  • Bonus: Healthcare, Pharma, and medical device industry experience.
