We are seeking a skilled Frontend React Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in React, a passion for crafting high-quality user interfaces, and excellent problem-solving skills. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the product team to build a responsive, high-performing product.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement robust front-end architecture using React.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues.
• Conduct code reviews, implement best practices, and maintain documentation.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development.

• 6-8+ years of frontend engineering experience with React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
• Proficient in using Tailwind CSS for styling and Next.js for server-side rendering and static site generation.
• Advanced English proficiency (as the team is US-based).
• Experience with early-stage companies and startup environments is a plus.
• Proficiency with front-end build tools and version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub).
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and best practices for code quality and deployment.
• Experience in system architecture and design, including creating scalable, maintainable, and high-performance front-end solutions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of and commitment to implementing best practices in coding, design, development, and documentation.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with early-stage companies and startup environments is a plus.
