SaaS Talent seeks a Salesforce Python Developer with CLM experience to join our team. You will be collaborating with a high-growth professional services client dedicated to helping businesses achieve transformational success through innovative solutions and strategic consulting using Salesforce and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM). This role is part of the AI team, where you will contribute to the development and integration of AI-driven solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Configure Salesforce environments to meet specific development, implementation and demonstration requirements.
• Design and implement complex processes using Salesforce Flows. Development and maintenance of scripts/code.
• Development and maintenance of Lightning Web Components (LWCs) for enhanced user interfaces and experiences.
• Development and maintenance of integrations (Salesforce, various enterprise systems and data sources.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce demonstrations.
• Understand AI platforms and models and be able to speak to innovative solutions during demonstrations.
• Write effective prompts to optimize AI model performance and accuracy.
• Understand vector database technology.
• Stay updated with the latest AI trends and technologies to speak to cutting-edge solutions and capabilities in demonstrations.
• Understand the architecture and functionality of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture.

Salesforce Related Experience

• 5-8+ years of salesforce development experience at an IT services company. 
• Experience implementing and managing Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) product solutions: DocuSign, Conga, Apptus, etc.
• Proficiency in Apex, Apex test classes, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura, LWC), Salesforce Flow.
• Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns/tools (REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials/External Credentials, Auth. Providers, etc., MuleSoft).
• Experience implementing solutions that leverage multi-modal models.
• Experience with deployment tools like Salesforce DX, Change Sets, ANT Migration Tool, and third-party CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Copado).
• Experience with code testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., GitHub, Bitbucket).

AI Experience

• Python (python3 and venv).
• Vector Databases (Pinecone, Chroma DB, Azure Cosmos, etc).
• LLM Platforms and Models (Google Gemini, OpenAI GPT4, Anthropic Claude, etc).
• RAG frameworks, RAG pipelines (LangChain, LlamaIndex) and Embedding models.
• Docker (nice to have).
