Job Description

SaaS Talent is looking for a Solution Architect to join our team and work with our exciting high-growth professional services client focused on helping businesses achieve transformational success through innovative solutions and strategic consulting using DocuSign Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).

Your Responsibilities

  • Salesforce CLM Solution Architect Expertise: Lead the solution architecture, implementation and optimization of Salesforce Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions such as DocuSign, Conga, Apptus, etc. 
  • Enterprise Client Engagement: Manage and foster relationships with enterprise clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Solution Design: Architect scalable and efficient solutions that align with client business goals and industry best practices.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and scope.
  • Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
  • Customization & Integration: Design and implement customizations and integrations with other enterprise systems to enhance functionality.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all solutions meet rigorous quality standards through comprehensive testing and validation.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and ongoing support to clients, ensuring effective adoption and utilization of solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Salesforce and DocuSign CLM features and industry trends, continuously improving solutions and processes.

Qualifications

  • 6-9+ years of Solution Architecture experience in the IT Services industry with Salesforce experience.
  • Experience implementing and managing Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) product solutions: DocuSign, Conga, Apptus, etc.
  • Proven ability to manage enterprise client engagements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Strong expertise in architecting scalable and efficient solutions aligned with business goals and industry best practices.
  • English proficiency is a MUST (A minimum of C1 Level English).
  • Demonstrated technical leadership and ability to mentor development teams.
  • Client-facing with effective communication skills for collaborating with enterprise clients and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Excited to work in an environment similar to a startup - you have a track record of being adaptable to changing priorities in a fluid, high-growth environment.
  • Extremely organized and self-sufficient with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements.
