• Co-lead the team’s internal processes with the Engineering Manager
• Build strong relations with your key product functions (Engineering, Editorial and Product Design) to deliver product solutions
• Discover and prioritize high-level opportunities informed by strategy and OKR´s
• Together with your team, you will translate user needs into technical solutions
• Run product execution to meet user needs
• Talk to users often to understand their problems
• Drive the roadmap and sprint planning

• At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience
• Knowledgeable in building mobile products
• Curious for new topics and able to step in your user's shoes
• You are Organized and structured, able to keep track of many things at once
• A proven ability to work proactively and able to independently manage products from a-z
• Data-driven decision maker
• Focus is technical and APIs / BE 
• You master programs like Atlassen (Jira, Confluence), Figma, Miro, MS Office, data warehouses while your eyes are closed

Experience in any of the below would be a plus:

• Experience in the news and media industry
• Good knowledge of written and spoken German
