The gaming and esports entertainment platform Jaxon is building the most entertaining esports and gaming coverage site. To join the team expanding a brand-new esports and gaming entertainment product, we are looking for a full-time talented  video producer to create content for it.
Jaxon started in 2021 as a joint project between upday and Samsung Electronics to redefine gaming news and esports challenges.

These challenges are waiting for you:

• Editing expert: Together with a team of editors and designers you will bring our content to life. Ranging from short video snippets to longer stories to Instagram stories and YouTube videos
• Producer talent: You initiate, develop, coordinate, and supervise different video projects on a weekly basis. You discuss & brainstorm daily with a talented team of different people (freelance video editor, gfx designer, show-runner & SoMe managers). 
• You know how to operate cameras, audio and lights. You make sure that the outcome is crisp & clean and ready to be uploaded to our platforms
• Engagement magician: Thanks to your productions our users will become even more enthusiastic about our brand and product due to the continuous instream of fresh and inspirational content to consume
• You know what’s up: When it comes to editing and combining various formats and programs you know your stuff like a pro. You are here to wow our audience and have a talent to frame for the “money shot”. But you are also not afraid to just use your smartphone to start shooting in a creative and bold way
• Share and develop cool and creative concepts, video effects and ideas in cooperation with our highly creative team
• You honed your skills, and you are confident to produce first class content quickly whenever needed and in a day-to-day editorial setup 

You can identify your profile with the following:

• 2+ years of experience & strong skills in professional editing and animation 
• confident in using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition, & Figma) as well please provide a showreel while applying. 
• Experience in Esports and Gaming is mandatory.
• Love to create and bring new ideas to life rapidly
• hands-on mentalityentality. You are an all-round talent who is flexible to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment 
• Flourish working in a time-critical environment 
• Love to collaborate and work together as a team 
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• willing to relocate to Berlin 
• You don’t whine when your teammates own you in Valorant, CS:GO, Fortnite, Dota, FIFA or League after working hours
