• Collaborate with several stakeholders from across the organization to deeply understand the needs of data practitioners across upday to deliver at scale
• Lead Data Engineers to define, build and maintain upday’s Data Platform
• Further develop critical initiatives, such as Data Discovery, Data Lineage and Data Quality
• Help your team members grow in their role and achieve their career aspirations

• 2+ years experience in a leadership role
• A Data driven mindset
• Experience in working with modern data infrastructure tools
• Experience with AWS, Apache Airflow, Snowflake and Python
• Ability to build strong positive relationships with engineers, product and leaders
