Job Description
Make an Impact Behind Every Financial Aid Award
At the University of Notre Dame, financial aid is more than a process - it's a pathway to opportunity. Join a mission-driven team committed to making a world-class Notre Dame education accessible to talented students from all backgrounds. Reporting to the Associate Director for Financial Aid, you'll oversee the automated and manual processing of essential student data, including FAFSA, CSS Profile, and Direct Loan information. You'll also contribute across several core operational areas, including loan processing, financial aid offer delivery, scholarship administration, and study abroad support.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, thrives in a detail-oriented environment, and is energized by improving processes. You'll collaborate with colleagues across campus, safeguard the integrity of student data, and play an important role in delivering a seamless experience for students and families.
If you're organized, analytical, naturally curious, and passionate about delivering exceptional service, you'll find meaningful opportunities to grow your career while helping students achieve theirs.
