Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Account Executive to join our growing team in Germany. In this new business role, you will own the full sales cycle, driving net new logo acquisition and helping Professional Services Organisations transform their operations through Unit4's cloud solutions.
Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities while building strong relationships with key stakeholders across your territory.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve and exceed new business revenue targets.
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline generation through to negotiation and contract close.
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders within target organisations.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer challenges and demonstrating how Unit4's solutions can deliver measurable business value.
- Deliver compelling presentations, solution demonstrations, and commercial proposals tailored to customer needs.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales opportunities in collaboration with Presales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partner teams.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting using CRM and sales enablement tools.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and partners to ensure successful execution of sales strategies and customer engagements.
- Stay informed on market trends, industry developments, and competitive activity within the Professional Services sector.
- Contribute to a high-performance sales culture through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
What You'll Bring:
- Proven success in new business sales within SaaS, cloud, ERP, or enterprise software environments.
- A hunter mentality, with a passion for identifying, creating, and closing new business opportunities.
- A strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Expertise in consultative and value-based selling, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and commercial skills.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
- Strong CRM and pipeline management capabilities.
- Industry experience within Professional Services, ERP, Financial Management, PSA, or enterprise software is highly desirable.
- Fluent German and professional English language skills.
- A growth mindset, with a passion for continuous learning and customer success.

Salary range: 93067 EUR- 103551 EUR Base
