UNIFY Dots is a global technology and software solutions company specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 based solutions. We are seeking a Senior Technical Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. This is a full-time position. 

Job Description

Responsibilities  

Your job duties include the following tasks and responsibilities:  

  • Conducting technical analysis of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Services, Field Service, Marketing and Power Platform Apps (collectively known as “D365”).  

  • Performing technical configuration of D365 including workflow, security roles, batch jobs, data migration and import jobs and other related tasks.  

  • Reviewing and writing technical design documents for customizations, integrations, reports and data mapping.  

  • Performing Code reviews of development done by other technical team members to ensure the code is performance optimized and in line with best practices.  

  • Developing code for modifications, customizations and development new reports in D365 with development that is in line with recommended best practices.  

  • Performing Data mapping and importing data records into D365.  

  • Leading Integration between D365 and other systems.  

  • Leading training on technical areas of D365 including security, integrations, data imports, report configuration, user setup.  

  • Mapping D365 data entities with Power BI.  

  • Conducting Build Verification Testing (“BVT”) once a release is made to validate the release.  

  • Providing technical support for D365 and associated technologies including performing root cause analysis and documenting the resolution on the portal.  

  • Writing 2-4 D365 Technical blog articles per year on the Unify Dots blog.  

  • Performing other related duties.  

Qualifications

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree.  

  • Minimum of 5 years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM experience.  

  • Knowledge of D365 apps/modules and Power Platform Fundamentals, its components, and services.   

  • Hands on CRM implementation experience; on the top of any of D365 app such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service etc.  

  • Hands on experience in the configuration and set up of D365 with customization using related technologies such as C#, .Net, plugins, custom actions, custom workflows, Java scripts, Custom APIs  

  • Hands on experience in developing Power Automates  

  • Hands on experience in Visual Studio, .Net.  

  • Good analytical skills: ability to build logic, critical thinking, research & development.    

  • Experience as a .Net developer is a big plus.  

  • Experience in development of canvas apps or power pages is a big plus.  

  • Communication: Good verbal and written English-language communication skills.  

  • Certified in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/ CRM Customization  

  • Good experience in customizing power pages with Liquid, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
