Job Description

Role Summary

The Accessories Designer is responsible for producing accurate and timely accessory designs and drawings that support formwork systems, production requirements, and project delivery.

Key Accountabilities

  • Prepare accessory designs, drawings, and related documentation in accordance with project and company requirements.
  • Deliver accessory drawings in line with production schedules and deadlines.
  • Ensure designs comply with specifications, system requirements, and manufacturing constraints.
  • Coordinate with Business Development and internal teams to support drawing preparation and submission.
  • Maintain accurate and organised records of all accessory design documentation.
  • Identify and escalate design issues or inconsistencies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of accessory design standards and processes.

Authority & Responsibility

  • Responsible for the accuracy and quality of accessory design outputs.
  • Accountable for managing assigned work in line with project and production priorities.
  • Required to follow established procedures and escalate risks where necessary.

General

  • Maintain professional conduct and good housekeeping within the design function.
  • Use company equipment and systems responsibly.
  • Ensure confidentiality of all company documentation and activities.
  • Undertake any other duties reasonably assigned by Management.
