Job Description

Are you passionate about customer service and eager to play a key role in the employee experience? Do you enjoy solving problems, providing solutions, and working in a collaborative environment? This position is for you!
You will be the first point of contact for GPC Canada employees, answering their questions and supporting them on a variety of human resources-related topics. You will help create an exceptional employee experience by building strong relationships and providing fast, accurate, and friendly service.
Your main responsibilities:
- Respond to employee inquiries via phone or by our ticketing system ServiceNow, providing fast, courteous, and efficient service;
- Serve as the first point of contact for all HR inquiries, determine the necessary actions to resolve them, and escalate complex situations to Level 2 technicians;
- Provide clear and accurate information about HR policies, procedures, and processes;
Qualifications
To join our team, you need:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service (preferably in a call center).
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple systems, emails, and phone calls.
- Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written, as you will need to collaborate with colleagues and clients across Canada.
