Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer with 8–9 years of hands-on expertise in design, installation, maintenance, and project execution of HVAC systems. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HVAC activities, ensuring system efficiency, compliance with standards, and delivering projects within timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop HVAC systems including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning layouts for commercial/residential/industrial projects
  • Prepare heat load calculations, duct design, equipment selection, and system sizing
  • Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC systems
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and cross-functional teams for seamless project execution
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements
  • Conduct site inspections, troubleshoot system issues, and implement corrective actions
  • Review project specifications, BOQs, and technical drawings
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination
  • Monitor system performance and recommend energy-efficient solutions
  • Maintain documentation including reports, drawings, and maintenance logs

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC design principles and engineering practices
  • Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, HAP, Revit, or similar HVAC design software
  • Experience in load calculations, ducting, piping, and equipment selection
  • Understanding of ASHRAE standards and local regulatory codes
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong project management and coordination abilities
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • HVAC certification or relevant training preferred
